Job Purpose:
To
ensure that the organization is in compliant with internal policies and
external regulations. The purpose is to build a robust system to enable
Management identify potential risks, implement policies and procedures to
upload laws and regulations, and monitor the company’s adherence to those
policies.

Required Qualification, Experience, Skills, and Competence

The
minimum qualification required for the position shall be an undergraduate degree
in Economics, Accounting, Law, Business, Banking and Finance, Islamic banking
and Finance, or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or
equivalent
·
A
minimum of two years experience in Finance, Operations, Credit Administration,
Risk Management, Internal Audit, Legal or Compliance
·
Advanced Information Technology skills,
raining in Islamic Finance and AML/CTF are mandatory for the position.
·
Exceptional oral, written, and
interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to
carry out instructions and instruct others, interpret documents, understand
procedures, write reports and correspondence, and speak clearly to customers and
employees.
