Shiekh Muhammedou Q. Jaiteh graduated with a Master’s degree in Islamic finance and banking practices at INCEIF The global university of Islamic finance, Malaysia, and a bachelor’s degree in Islamic science (Hons) in the science of al Quran at al-Madinah international university, Malaysia.
He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Islamic Studies (Fiqh and Usul) at the Islamic University of Minnesota, United States of America.
Shiekh joins APS Islamic Microfinance in September 2021 as Manager, Shari’ah Department/ Secretary, Shari’ah Committee responsible for reviewing all the transactions of the company to make sure they are fully Shariah-Compliant.
Sheikh is one of our pioneering staff, he played an instrumental role in setting up the company and was one of the key resources people in developing the first Shariah-compliant products of the company.
