Ms. Isatou Jeng holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Minor in HR) from the University of EOTES/CIML, Benin, and also holds an HND in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Financial Managers, UK.
Prior to joining APS Islamic Microfinance Co Ltd as Head, Human Resources, Isatou was an Assistant Manager, Human Resources Department at the Gambia Transport Service Company Ltd responsible for overseeing the HR affairs of the institution for a period of 4yrs 6months. She also worked at Reliance Financial Services Co Ltd for a period of 10 years as a Back Office Officer at the point of entry and later as an HR officer where she spends 6yrs 6months out of her career time at Reliance. Isatou’s experience covers Strategic Human Resources Management Skills and managing people in a work environment for employee efficiency.
Isatou has attended various training courses and workshops on Strategic HR Management and Trainers on the Labor laws of The Gambia.
